Going Back

It's been a whirlwind of a summer with some special and Fabulous times. GramE came up for a few weeks to help out after Anson was born. We are so grateful for her help. She pretty much packed our house, and kept the kids well entertained. A week before we moved, Richard and his family came from Minnesota, and Nicole and her family and GramE came up and we all met at our house. They were only here for a day, but it was great seeing everyone again.

The cousins who came to meet Anson!

Our last Sunday in Rexburg we were able to bless Anson. Most of Chances family was there and GramE and Karissa. It was a special and tender day. It was hard to say goodbye to our awesome ward and Bishop. We are so grateful for our bishop, Bishop Simpson, and the wonderful man that he is and all that he taught us.
After all the fun, we packed and cleaned and packed and cleaned... kind of. We did go to the sand dunes a few times with the Freeman's for some fun in between all the packing. We just couldn't let those precious last few days in Rexburg be spent doing unfun things. Oh, how we loved our Rexburg days! Thanks so much to Eraleigh, Timmerie, Grandma Rima and Karissa we were able to get everything done. They pretty much cleaned the whole house. We said goodbye to Hillary and Cameron the day before we left and had faith that we would fit everything into our truck after seeing that they were able to make everything fit. Well moving day came, and the truck was packed to the MAX. We said goodbye to all of our great friends and family and started the trip to Spokane. Karissa came along and drove with me in the car while Chance drove the truck with one of the kids. We stopped for the night with Mike and Richelle, it was a nice break from all the moving. When we arrived in Spokane we were greeted by a moving crew and Aubry! We are so grateful for all of her help. We loved the last few years, but are excited for the adventures ahead. Pfeww. What a month!

...

Life has been crazy lately. We made it to Spokane and have been here for 2 weeks now. The first week we got settled, and now we have just been exploring, thrifting:)and hanging out...watching care bears, having sword fights, ya know, the works! It is beautiful as everyone says. We really have come to like it here, but of course we miss Rexburg. I don't think there is anywhere in the world quite like Rexburg. We're enjoying our spacious apartment, especially the pool. We have even had visitors already! That's it for now folks.

Baby Anson

We have loved having him home and part of our family. He has been a very laid back baby, except for his second night home when we learned mama can't have brownies. Sad. But...Glad we learned fast! We're still getting use to night feedings. I forgot how it was having a new born, but we love it and don't want him to grow up. Here are the pics everyones been waiting for...p.s. He looks just like Mason's baby pics.

5 looks soo much bigger than 4! CRAZY
Mason loves being a big brother
He was super bruised and swollen the first few days from coming so fast

HE's here!! And has a name!!

It's a BOY!! He is little ball of love!
  • 7lbs 15 oz
  • 18 1/4 inches long
  • 2.5 weeks early
I never knew it would be so hard to come up with a name. We had thought of the name Eli but weren't that sure and when he came out that was for sure not his name. I definitly will not have another kid without having a name. I lost many hours of sleep over this laying in bed trying to figure out his name, the one that went with his face. We knew there was a name for him, but could not figure it out. We came up with a few but were a little unsure. So for all of you who are wondering who this little guy is, we are glad to introduce...............

Anson Jacques Bell

(Jacques is said like Jakes... not with some kind of accent)
(pictures to come soon!!)

Computer Wiz

Mason loves to play games on the Friend website, and has mastered using the computer. When he's done with a game he pushes the back button, finds a new game and scrolls down so its in the right place. It's a little scary to think that a 3 year old knows how to do what he wants on the computer already. He's been good about it and takes his turn then when it's Kinbree's turn he teaches her how to do everything... or just does it for her!

35 weeks

  • I'm 35 weeks now, and feel like it.
  • It has been a really easy pregnancy beside the back pain the last few months, and when I sit in a position too long my hips get stuck. Literally.
  • The baby is head down now, and I can tell.
  • The gender will be a surprise. We have a girls name, but no boys name (any suggestions?). My thought is that it's a girl, but now I am a little unsure.
  • I have been exhausted the last tri, but the kids let me take a nap everyday.
  • Mason and Kinbree are SUPER excited.
  • Still no stretch marks :)!
  • If this baby comes the same time as Mason and Kinbree it will be here June 30.
  • Due date-July 17th
  • Pretty much I am blessed with super easy pregnancies, and deliveries. Were super excited, but not so sure if were ready, and praying this baby isn't born in the car. We're shooting for a 45 min labor if I stick with the same pattern that has been going. We'll let you know how it all goes.

Camping.....well sort of!

The GAng!

This must have been before Cameron broke the chair!! Too Funny!
Manning the fire

Best Buds!
It was the perfect temperature to still have snow. When you got hot we just had to go take a dip in the snow. Mason was making a snow angel!
When we were shooting the kids wanted to hide in the trunk because it was too loud! It kept them entertained for quite a while.
We have been itching to go camping soo bad, but it has been raining every weekend for the past month, so Memorial day we decided to pack up and go to our FAVORITE camping spot with the Freemans and do a little dutch oven BBQ chicken, potatoes, and peach coobler (mmm..it was sooo good), hiking, and shooting. Everything minus the sleeping in a tent. We had tons of fun and it felt almost as if we were camping! We didn't waste one second of good weather, and started to pack up right as it began to rain again. What a FUN Day!!

Bowling and a whole lot of Fun!

Our plans this weekend for camping failed because of all the rain. But we still had a great time. We got together with the Freeman's and Cox's and had a fab pizza party making our own pizza's and then hitting up some cheap bowling. It was the first time we took the kids bowling and they loved it. The little shoes were especially cute!

Boise

You can't tell from this picture, but Kinbree could not get enough of baby Brinley

Mason did a good job taking our picture :) You can see the baby bump. I am 28 weeks!

(Sorry for all the hazy pictures, the kids LOVE taking picture and must have had sticky fingers)

We went to Boise this past weekend for my niece Adelines baptism. We had lots of fun. We hit up a few garage sales, went to the movie Oceans (it was a little disappointing), visited with family, and just relaxed. It was nice to go on a mini vacation, and be able to spend a few extra days since we're done with school, and enjoy the spring weather.

We've made our decision...

And we are going to Gonzaga!! This really isn't any of a surprise, since we were pretty sure we were going to go there anyways, but now it is official. We are excited for this new adventure in our lives, although we will really miss it here.

Easter

Painting eggs the weeks before with the Freemans:

All the Kids enjoying their dinner (Thanks Harley for giving up your chair so all the kids could sit around the kids table :)
Getting ready for the big egg hunt

Kinbree with all her goods! (I can't believe how grown up she looks)

Mason pocketing his money. He was the winner of the Golden Egg! 5 whole bucks. That also went straight to his pocket. He was a rich boy by the end of the night!
Showing off their bunny ears
Easter Morning!

We had a great Easter! We went to a few family parties, and then Easter Sunday enjoyed it all to ourselves watching General Conference and remembering our Savior Jesus Christ.
